What is Orangetheory?
Stepping foot in the Draper market is a fitness franchise that has gained momentum around the country. “Orangetheory Fitness is a 60-minute total body workout,” explains franchise owner, Dave Morrocco. “Half the time is spent building endurance; the other half is spent on strength and power.”
The Orangetheory training model is based on training at the right intensity for the right amount of time. Your effort is tracked with heart rate monitors that track your performance on several screens around the studio. The personalized squares display your heart rate and your calories burned
Research suggests this type of high-intensity interval training is effective for blasting fat… or in this case “splatting” fat. You earn “splat points” during your workout, your time in the orange and red zones to get an afterburn effect.
Orangetheory Fitness allows you to compete against yourself–fueled by feedback that doesn’t lie–in an effort to blast fat in a color-coded, calorie-killing class.
For a limited time, Orangetheory in Draper is offering a free, two-week trial and an opportunity to reserve the lowest-ever rates. Call 385-275-6698 for more information.
