Watermelon is hydrating (it’s 91 percent water), low in calories and fat and a great source of vitamin C, so go ahead and indulge. Plus, the ingredients are easy to come by and may already be in your refrigerator.
- Slice a watermelon widthwise about 1 inch thick.
- Spread a layer of Greek yogurt (or your favorite fruit dip) on top of each watermelon slice.
- Add any type of berries on top of the yogurt. Suggestions include blueberries, raspberries or strawberries.
- Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
